First time poster, long time reader 
I want to thank everyone for all of the great advice on this site. Although this is my first post here, this site has been one of my most visited for research and the sticky's were especially helpful. That being said, I'm ready to take the leap (if the bodybuilding gods will it) into the Anabolic zone.

Not sure on the bf now, but i'm a relatively stocky guy, still have a little meat on my bones though.
With nothing but pure motivation and great dieting I've lost a good bit of weight, and would now like to start a cutting cycle. I've read several site's sticky's (including this one) and contemplated running a beginner cycle they have listed (test E 500 mg/week for 10 weeks) but i'm worried about the water retention since i'm already a bigger guy. Most of what I've read is that Test E is for people around 15% BF that want to bulk, which I know I'm not close to. I also know that bigger people might develop gyno so using a short acting ester (test prop) might be better since it gets out of your body quicker compared to Test E in case symptoms occur. The only downside for prop is EoD injections, which i'm completely fine with if that's what needs to be done.
So i'm wondering if someone could help me build a cycle including PCT. I'm already decently built, so mainly I want to cut down to about 215-220 and gain a little bit of muscle if that's at all possible. Needles don't bother me, and I'm already dedicated to what I'm doing (straight dieting and cardio for almost a year) so I'm not a beginner, but definitely not a pro. I'm just a used-to-be-fat guy who's ready to take the next step. I've done my homework, I don't expect easy results without hard work, and i'm willing to do whatever it takes. Please help. Thanks again for everything.

Tren Ace 75mg EoD
8-10 week cycle.
For this cycle what would you suggest for PCT? I've read the sticky's and I know about HCG, Nolva, and Clomid obviously, but I'm looking for the correct dosage amounts and how many times a day you'd recommend (since dosages change depending on what you took). Thanks guys, I appreciate everything!
P.S.-My diet has always been clean. I don't drink alcohol, the only thing that goes into my system is water (Haven't had a coke since I started dieting!). My diet consists of oatmeal, almonds, tons of tuna, chicken, turkey, fish, and occasionally a nice steak.
