New to Steroids.

One question unless I missed it...in your post where you state your routine it seems you never do Chest? That would be a BIG whole in your plan and a big sign you need to revamp your routine and learn.

Oh crap my bad, I was at work and I had to type fast before the boss saw me. I am an accountant and I was typing fast. On Tues and Fri I hit my chest as well

Put a wig on him and I'll fuck him like he was Stacey Keibler. It's not like he could stop me. Pepper spray just makes me more horny-so don't even think about it.

Seriously, the workout and diet needs a major overhaul. Getting those 2 things dialed in will get you great gains on their own. Of course, you're gonna do whatever you want anyway. So good luck. Just know the knowledgeable guys on here really want to give you good advice. It's not like they're scared you're going to pass them up physique wise anytime soon. Learn from other's mistakes instead of finding out the hard way.

Alright, I mean, I was going to keep at it this season and see how the results were moving.. I guess I was thinking about juice maybe a little later on, not precisely right now but later on. I am still building this I know. I am averaging in the gym on the arms alone are around 1-.5 inch a month but it is slowing down. I gained 2.5 inches in 3 months in the arms alone with may early may being the best month and time. It has slowed down recently and I mean Pop-Tarts were something just to throw in there. I do eat Eggs and Oatmeal and drink milk. I drink 6 scoops of whey a day thats 24 grams x 6 = daily whey intake. :) Anyways thank you for the complliment, I know I am not the best but I feel I have accomplished alot in my training and diet for what I have been learning. Chicken breasts are very good and I just need to stay away from the Marie Calender's Microwave dinners... Its really bad I know but I dont know how to cook, lol. Anyways, keep em' coming thanks everyone

bro, just hang around and read read and read some more........its good you are getting those kinds of results, when you reach a plateu you will know......meaning you don't see any kinds of gains for a year or two......gaining 2.5 inches on your arms in two months.....sounds a bit hard to believe but i promise you it won't be like that much longer......hell i've only put about .75 on mine in the past three years with NUMEROUS cycles in there.........looks like you got some decent genetics so do what you can and use the juice later on to break through to the next level

Just to point something out, this guy has been VERY accepting of all the negative comments in this thread. And I think he's doing the right thing asking you bros for opinions, etc...cuz there's lotsa knowledge in here!!

That being said, though...I didn't post any questions until I had read everything here for like 2 months.

You're on the right track, bro--keep training, focus on eating and compound lifts. Prob wait till you're a bit heavier, then when you have everything planned out, jump on a safe beginner cycle that's recommended here all the time(350-500mg test e or c/ew)

yes, got to give him props, he's taken criticism agreed with it, even posted pics......we just might be able to mold this fucker into a monster in the future!!

bro, im in no way a vet, but you have to be smart about this shit. read the stickies at the top.sit back and just read. you cant just jump into this shit, it takes research or else youre not going to get the gains you expected, and if you do, your not going to keep them. it will just be a waste of time and money. also, what your talking about doing is illegal, so annoniminity(sp?) is key. dont put pictures of your face all over the damn internet with "i want to do gear" posted under it. black out your face. dont use your name. a source doesnt need to know that shit, and they usually wont ask. cops will. just take your time, and think about what your doing. $.02

I can believe that he could of gained 2.5 inches on his arm. The dude said he only weighed 110 lbs, when starting. Everyone knows that as a beginner they make their best gains.

For the person, that said he is overtraining, what are you talking about? He is not training intelligently, but I doubt he is overtraining. If anything you would want to be overtraining than undertraining as a beginner.

The main thing you need to look at is eating correctly, often enough and with food. 6 Scoops a day of protein is a waste. Replace about 2-4 of those scoops with real food, and then you will start to see some results. Why don't you post us a sample diet, and we will be able to help you better (include carbs and protein and fats). As for training, start reading the magazines and Arnold's book. The magazines are mostly a lie, but they do help give ideas for certain workouts. If there is no big guys at your gym to talk to, look at buying a pro's video. They typically have pretty good information in there, as well as seeing exactly how they train for about a weeks worth.

im not 6ft tall guys... I am only 5'10is.. if I put 6ft it was a mispost. And for no steroids and being all normal, i'd say I am pretty good at training as you can see from my pics. My delts are bigger than most men and I have a very good physique that i thought need a nice boost since i've been training a while. I do all those excerises you mentioned and again i am NOT 6ft tall, thats TOO tall for me, I am 5'10ish giver take a 1/4 inch shorter

Don't get offended, but your delts are not bigger than most men if you are only at 140 lbs. You do look very lean, which gives you the apperance of looking bigger, but to say that you are bigger than most guys, can't see it. I am 5'10-11 and weighed 175-180 coming out of high school. I started training like crazy my senior year, probably gained about 15-20 lbs that year. Its all about learning and doing.
