Alright, I mean, I was going to keep at it this season and see how the results were moving.. I guess I was thinking about juice maybe a little later on, not precisely right now but later on. I am still building this I know. I am averaging in the gym on the arms alone are around 1-.5 inch a month but it is slowing down. I gained 2.5 inches in 3 months in the arms alone with may early may being the best month and time. It has slowed down recently and I mean Pop-Tarts were something just to throw in there. I do eat Eggs and Oatmeal and drink milk. I drink 6 scoops of whey a day thats 24 grams x 6 = daily whey intake.

Anyways thank you for the complliment, I know I am not the best but I feel I have accomplished alot in my training and diet for what I have been learning. Chicken breasts are very good and I just need to stay away from the Marie Calender's Microwave dinners... Its really bad I know but I dont know how to cook, lol.
