New to Steroids.

ITs cool, Honesty is key. I was just wondering only because a very close friend of mine is very smart on this stuff and he knows alot and I called him up one day and asked him what he would think about if I wanted to take a cycle and he actually said it isn't a bad idea at all. I was expecting him to make fun of me cause he is a hard ass and really just pure honest and it makes him seem mean at first but he is no bullshiter. I was happy with his reply so he asked me to find ways to counteract any of the side effects. I found everything besides the Liver and how to keep HDL levels normal. I mean I know the process and how the body metabolizes everything like excess Cholesterol, but I didn't see how to help it out. I found Gyno is best taken care with Nolva, or Nolvidex, and reg over counter meds take care of headaches as well. Tribasten is used for keeping the body elevated and normal as far as your sex drive, testosterone levels etc.. I trust him and I do want to take this cycle as I have been lifting for about 3 years but 1 year I have been ripping at it and I just got in the gym in March. Anyways, I guess thats my story. Thanks for the input. :)

just keep reading bro,diet is the biggest part of hdl levels along with otc supps. you can keep it decent..... nolva is for pct and if you start to feel the onset of gyno.. other then that an anti estrogen can be taken during the cycle....... and tribastan wont do anything while you are on, can throw it in for the hell of it for pct it cant hurt there.. my advise is study bro as i said you came to a good place and are already smarter then mose who do no research.... do it right.......

It honestly has nothing to do with him being 21 or 22. He doesn't know shit about eating right or lifting right. Sounds like he has only been working out for a few months anyway.

Advice, take at least 1-2 years of hard training, eating right and learning more about steroids until you are ready to take the plunge. Right now you are just too ignorant to take steroids. If your friend knows so much about them, then you should ask him as well as hanging out here and asking questions.

However, since whinners have prevailed...

I will just say...slow down...do not be so anxious to come over to the darkside...the results you see in your acquaintance are from more then just gas. Diet, Training, AAS...in that order.

....Current preacher curl on the machine is 12 reps on 180lbs
Bench is unknown.
Tri pull down = 140lbs
Leg Press = 215lbs

Dont know the legs... they are okay I guess.

although i agree with some of the harsher posts above, I at least give him credit for coming here b4 just taking his friend up and jumping on.. shows some common sense in my book... I have seen much worse..

Thank you very much, as for my hard work in the past year, I weighed in at 110 lbs last summer... I have been training and dieting accordingly :) I hope this helps. I was 110lbs now I am on the 145 mark :) I will for sure look into this more, Thank you for all the input once again :)

Bro after posting those stats no offense but you are not even close to ready for AAS. You are overtraining and undereating. Pop tarts should not be listed as part of a bodybuilding diet. I'm not saying don't ever eat them but cummon bro that's not gonna make u grow. I can almost guarantee to you that if you take steroids you will gain a few lbs and lose it faster than ever and be left with depression and no motivation to even go to the gym. Learn how to eat and train right or you are wasting your time and money.
 
just to have one more person say it:
DIET and a good workout will do you much better... and this is from someone that is 20 and that has done a small oral cycle that he should have not done. Trust these guys, they know.
