if you researched a lot and found out a lot, then you don't need us telling you the basics.

if you have specific questions, post up.

First cycle suggestion:

Test alone; test with some eq/deca; test + dbol

stay away from tren on your first cycle

try to make your first cycle work with as few compounds as possible

eat.

Thanks bro, i'll remember that. I am currently on Cellmass as my Creatine and 100% Whey for my protein shakes. I do workout every weekday but Wednesday and eat Chicken, Tuna, sandwhiches etc., I will remember to stay away from Tren tho on my first cycle. Im at work, I will come back online later, thanks for the heads up :)

Bottom line.. First cycle should be 500mg a week of a long acting testosterone only. Long acting because of lss frequency of injections. Make sure you have enough nolvadex on hand to combat gyno if it arises. Make sure you have at least nolva or clomid for post cycle therapy to get your HPTA functioning again. Do some research on diet as well as steroids and training as well. MIght as well get the best out of your cycle.

Also I would wait a little while until you know better what you are doing. Maybe whatever he is going to get for you isn't really what you want to take. Take some time to do some reading and I promise you will be happy you did later on. There are countless guys on here myself included that did their first cycle way too early and would love to have it to do over again.

hey bro what are your stats.

Give us some info. we can't answere questions unless you give us more info.

Working out 4x a week is the easy part. It's what you do outside of the gym that will determine your success. Do you know what your daily protein intake is? Do you know what it should be? How much sleep do you get per night? If you can't answer these questions off the top of your head, that means you aren't familiar with the basics of how AAS work. If you did know these things, and actually followed them with some discipline, you'd likely make great gains w/o AAS.

As far as training goes, do you know the difference between compound exercises and isolation exercises? Ex. Which 2 exercises of these 4 would be best for building pectoral mass? Flat bench flys? Cable Crossovers? Incline Bench? or Pec Dec?

If you can't answer this question correctly off the top of your head you need to learn more about training before you consider AAS.

AAS should not be used as a crutch for ignorance and laziness. You'll benefit most from AAS when they're used to push yourself past a natural plateau-which may take 2-3 yrs of hard training and diet(or longer) to reach in the 1st place. It's during this time when you learn WTF you're doing and fine tune your lifestyle to eat right, train right, and rest. Fucking up during this time period is normal-but once you take the AAS plunge all of the bullshit should be behind you. Just my .02 cc's.
