yes im 23. im done growing, i havent put on any height since i was about 14 years old.
and about the 10 weeks. i wanst sure, which is why i came here to ask first. i have really no experience with gh, except what ive read about it.
deca- ive never heard that rule before. but then again i also dont bother with it. ive ran a cycle with it once before. and it did jack shit for me. so i havent touched it in about 3 years. the only reason i was gonna run it right now, was for my joints. because ive heard how hard the gh can be on them.
and ive ran insulin with 2 cycles now and had awesome progress with that, and ive found what works well with me.
and for test, is there a rule you use with that too?? usually i dont respond too well to low doses. i had better success when i was doin 800mg a week. maybe that is changing though, because im currently running a small cycle of d-bol and 400mg test e a week. and im makin really good gains.
also yes i try and run heavy all the time, with or without deca. i have no problem benchin double my bodyweight. but not without proper warm up of course.
