New to body building

Hey peeps I'm new to this kinda thing and really don't know where to start I have previously used supplements like super pump and normal protein but fancy trying something harder for big results what would ppl recommend for a noob like me lol :)

I'm 5"10
11 stone
Quite a lean build

I have used protein powders, super pump and tribulus capsules I couldnt get on with creatine made me feel bloated.
 
the best thing would be for you to start doing your own research and start to get educated on steroids in general and how people use them.

after that post up what you are thinking and we can help you.

there are so many ways that this could go and without knowing more about you it is hard to say what to do. post up your stats, and your goals and that will help as well

I was the same size in September I'm now 13stone because I realised I wasn't eating enough. Thought I was but wasnt. I'm also an ecto( long arms and legs, short torso and narrow shoulders) don't put to much emphasis on supplements because they are only that. If your diet isn't good enough supplements are a waste.. head over to the nutrition section and learn what you need for a good bulk

I was thinking of a legal type if there are any good ones maybe tab form?

My training weekly was 5 days a week doing all power lifts then I stopped for about a year and now want to get back into thing I hear of a lot of people high reps is the way to do it ,I'm looking at 4 times a week generally I would like bigger arms and chest and nice shoulders and back. :) thanks for your replies.
 
i would suggest looking into the 5x5 program in the raining forum or one of the other popular training routines in the forum

i think that a legal otc is the way to go for you all things considered.

id look into helladrol, katanadrol or dieselbolan.

pick 1 that suits your goals and run that with the proper supps and a good pct.

You need to eat bro and eat until you cant no more, and research, give it some time and ask alot of questions... no question is a dumb question when your not understanding something, and im sure there is someone on here that can anwser every question you will have......
 
I have a healthy appetite but once i think I'm full I don't wanna force it as I don't wanna get fat lol what ate the best pre workout supplements? Thanks for help peeps appreciate it!
 
oooohhh Radar got to it before I saw the first post without age and stats....first, you should really read the rules and research a lot about what you are even considering taking. Asking an open ended question about juice without any knowledge is really dangerous man....do some research.

Also you should read the link i wrote there's a ton of good info right there. The info there alone will make you or break you. So use it to its full advantage.
 
No offence bro but you are so green it's not funny
Taking a prohormone will either be the biggest waste of time or the dumbest thing you've done to date. A simple test cycle is safer then a lot of prohormones (putting my flameproof jacket on) and at a reasonable dose will produce less sides. Dont for a second think that because these products are legal that they are anywhere near safe or you can just take them willy nilly like something from your local health store

BUT. You shouldn't be going near anything at this stage. Most supplements are junk, yes but to you I would suggest getting a zma complex and some fish oils. Lift heavy, train compound lifts and realise if you cant grow naturally at your weight, drugs are goin to do nothing (nothing permanent or nothing altogether)
If you're not gaining weight and you cant stomach any more, add more healthy fat to your diet (it'll positively affect your test as well)
Once you see regular progress and learn to break plateaus naturally through diet and training, go and do some research on ph/aas and by some research I mean 6 months+, think about every side you could come across and have a plan of attack for all of these
