not a max single, but new pr for a set, I managed to squat 440lbs, ass to the floor, no belt, for a fairly easy 8 reps. I aim to have 455lbs for at least 6 reps within the next few weeks, so I think it should be easy enough. I've been adding 5-10lbs per week since 405lbs and getting 8 reps every week, so I'm pretty happy about the way its working out
The funny part was I did a double on 405 as my last warmup, so when I stepped out with 440 a bunch of people stopped to watch, figuring I was doing a max single, they looked kinda shocked when I got 8
