We have been a little slow on the phones but we answer emails very speedy and there hasn't been a single order purchased that was shipped any longer than two days of placing it, that is time to create it and print customize labels and everything. We are very concerned about having very quick turn around. MikeFears contest win took about a week or so to ship this was the longest delay and not that I wanted to put any less priority on it because it was a contest win supp but we were just slammed during that time is all. All in all I think we have still been on top of things fairly well.
