I have tried many routines and just want to try someting new. Im looking for an excellent powerlifting routine as i really only train for stength, to increase dead, squat and bench as much as possible as well as core strength ( i love having the thickest biggest possible abs so any adivice on new core/ab routines would be greatly appreciated). If anyone has good experience with an advanced routine i will be in debt to u if u lay it out for me and explain what u did. Thank you.
