just wanted to let you guys know whats up

*Monday*

Squat – 6x6-8
Leg press – 3x8-10
Ham curl – 4x10-12

Shrugs – 3x20
Db shrugs – 3x12-15

Cheat curl – 3x5
Incline curl - 3x5
Preacher curl – 3x15-20

*Wednesday*

Incline bench – 3x5
Flat bench – 3x10
Flat hammer – 3x10-12 speed reps

Overhead ext – 4x8-10
Press downs – 3x10

Calf raise – 3x15
Seated calf – 3x15

*Friday*

Deadlift – 6x6-8
Barbell row – 4x6-8
Hammer row – 3x8

Barbell curl – 3x12
Hammer curl – 3x12
Reverse curl – 3x12

Wrist curl – 4x8
Reverse wrist curl – 3x15

*Saturday*

Speed bench – 9x3
Military – 4x8
Db military – 4x8
Close grip bench – 4x8
Skulls – 4x8
Calf raise – 8x10-20

ya im still at 365, since i switched to inclines first my delts have gotten bigger and stronger, i like it. as of right now im starting cardio and cutting down my rest periods and eating less carbs..
i wanna lose some extra fat around my waist and get better definition.. hopefully my strenght wont go down:)
