I do Abs every single day. I am eating 1400 cals pr day but my upper chest won't grow. WHat exercises do you peeps do to really rip up your upper pecs?
Just make sure you eat EXACTLY 81 calories over maintence, or you will be a flabby powerlifter with 'faded abs'. And remember, you *have* to use 'roids to get over 160lbs everyone knows this.
First of all fat ass, your cals are way too high. Drop those cals to 500-1000 cause that is all you really need to grow. You also need to add some bicep work on Tues (I am sure that was just an oversite). I think I see your major problem. You need to do min of 25 reps and 10 sets of at least 10 exercises per body part if you want to build any serious muscle. Do that for 2 weeks and then start your all oral cycle of something like a bombs for 12 weeks cause I am sure you are scared to death of needles. If you don't get good results with that then regroup and read up on some new routines in your latest Muscle and Fitness mag and come back and complain how you can't grow and ask what we think about your new routine.
