al, you as a regular to the training board should know that every routine is worthless without one of the following:

dermacrine
amplify 1000
red blast
 
Well, it could be worse. At least you're not doing any dangerous exercises like "deadlifts" and "squats" (ignore the post above this about lunging for a big deadlift - that dude clearly doesn't know anything about getting big).

But unless you're utilizing supersets and dropsets, bro, nothing is ever going to grow. Also, this may be a bit advanced for some, but have you tried doing your entire workout on the Swiss ball or, better yet, acting like you're going to do normal curls then running over and doing them on the Swiss ball? Really keeps the muscles guessing.

This might be a bit off-topic, but I heard that putting Dermacrine on your junk increases length and girth. Any truth to this? And petpre61, please don't suggest Red Blast. Everyone knows that Anafit's products became ineffective the moment they stopped being a sponsor on EF.

I would rather weigh 140lbs shredded and diced, than be a big fat powerlifter...girlzz like abzzzz. No one likes big muscle bound guys anyways...at least thats what my boyfriend told me
 
Damn! Here I thought the pec deck was the key to big benchin'.

Have to up my sets on cable curls to balance out my guns.
