okay guys, im starting to get burnt out in regards to the gym so im thinking i need to change my routine. im currently doing the 5x5 routine. ive been on it for about 18 weeks. ive seen great results.
im on a cutting diet but trying to make my routine to keep as much mass as possible. anyone have any good ideas? hell should i just regain my focus and stick with the 5x5?
