new routine help please!!!

okay guys, im starting to get burnt out in regards to the gym so im thinking i need to change my routine. im currently doing the 5x5 routine. ive been on it for about 18 weeks. ive seen great results.

im on a cutting diet but trying to make my routine to keep as much mass as possible. anyone have any good ideas? hell should i just regain my focus and stick with the 5x5?

If so, try this...

3 sets of 10 reps at the same weight. 1 or 2 warm-up sets first.

example:
chest: 10-20 reps @ 135
10 reps @ 225
6 reps @ 275
10 reps @ 315 (3 sets )
3 reps @ 365 or 405 of REST PAUSES.
This is one of my favorites. I have increased the numbers quite a bit, but just use this as an example and put your numbers into. It might feel weird at first, because you will regress a little. However, before long you will see vast improvements.
NOTE: Make sure you can comfortable do 3 sets of 10 reps before you move the weight up.
Try this on incline, rows, etc.
