Alright well I'm new to deadlifts and i finally decided to add weight today, so this is what i did.

135x15, 185x10, 185x8, 205x6, 225x4

How does that look only after 3 weeks of deadlifting? :)
 
that's pretty good - I'm sure you'll put an additional 50 - 100 pounds on that before you know it.

I guess that's not you in the avatar then eh?

Good shit!

You'll find with deadlifts your weights will go up quickley, last year I would max out at 315lbs X 5 and now I hit 495lbs X 5 on a weekly basis. Best back builder out there, once you feel your form is tight then start loading on the heavy weights.

Yeah i feel quie confident with them... that's why i decided to try the 225... and it felt easy! Oh man the tightness in my back after. I barely had enough strength for my lat pulldowns! :D
