Here my diet today, im not in deficit anymore, im doing stressful stuff, i will go on diet next week/progressively

Morning :
80gr chicken
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of olive oil

Lunch
170gr of salad
140gr of carott
15gr salad sauce
1 entiere but small chicken
100gr skyr and 60gr greek yogourt
250gr of strawvberies
20gr black choclate
1 apple medium size
5 dates
1 cereal/protein bars


Dinner :
20gr black Choclate
1 apple
50gr of dry rice
200 gr of diet rice
1 teaspoon of olive oil
95gr of sardines
2 eggs
1 bananas
1 peach
250gr strawberies

Again I cracked yesterday night before bed, it was 11h40 pm, but I couldnt find sleep, so I ate, a lot

20gr of cashew nuts
3 teaspoon of honey
80gr of black chocolat ( very bad to eat that much, this mornin i want to throw up ! ) - 500 kcal
2 cereal/protein bar (500 kcal)
1 peach
1 appple

So more than 1000 kcal
Weight this morning 72,5kg

I will stop the cut, because it take too much willpower which i cant use in other aspect of my life i need to work on
I have a perfectly healthy weight, I wanted to go next level, for the challenge, but i have aspect of my life i need to work on before that
