Cuba has been working on chemical weapons to use on its enemies...but this is all secret and I just know of it because of my black Ops intel I recieve on my PSP. They were developing a toxin to turn people against each other and into raving mad animals...We dont know why they did this but it seems that Fidel likes movies and got the idea from 28 days later.
Reports are now coming in and the puzzle is coming together that back in 1962 during the Cuban Missile Crisis, Russia had put a new prototype missile underneath the ground and did not tell Cuba officials where it was. Well with the bad luck Cuba has they built this new facility to develop these chemical weapons over top of this prototype missile...
The missile went off around 5 days ago destroying the facility and sending the toxin into the air...Well by Zeus's beard the toxin particles were picked up by the hurricane and sent into New Orleans...Causing the animal like behavior we see now. I hope the government can stop it and these mild less people before they do harm to anyone else....
