Hey, I'm new to this forum. I've done some lurking and decided this would be a good place to frequent and learn more about what I love to do. So to start my posting career here I've decided that a good first post would be to post my current stats and workout and goals and see if I can get some benificial suggestions.

Age- 21
Weight- 175
BF- 10-12%
Goals- 200 pounds
Diet- as of right now its around 3000cals. College makes it hard to be too strict

Workout Plan

Day 1 - Chest & Legs
Flat Bench - 5x5
DB Incline - 4x8
DB Decline - 4x8
DB Flys - 3x10 (occasionally superset with flat bench)

Squat - 5x5
Leg Ext. - 3x10 (occasionally make it a drop set)
Good Mornings - 3x10
Calf Raises - 3x15

Day 2 - Shoulders/Tris
Seated Arnold Press x 8 SS w/ Regular Db Press x 8 (3x)
Shoulder Complex = DB Lateral Raises x 10, Bentover Lat raises x 10, Front Raises x10 (3x)
Shrugs - 3x10

French Curl - 3x8
Pushdowns x10 SS w/ Dips (burnout) 3x

Day 3 - Back & Bi's
Bentover Rows - 4x10

Deadlift - 3x8
Chainsaws - 3x10

Barbell Curl - 3x10 (sometimes 21's)
Incline DB curl - 3x10
Cable Curl - 3x8

I know this workout is extremely rough. Im looking for mass gains. Any suggestions or revisions are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

First off, welcome aboard.

Your organization is fine, there is nothing inherently wrong with it. At this point, I would assume your goal is to add weight to all the big lifts each time you train.....the one suggestion I have is to bag the supersets, all they do is limit load and give a false sense that you're 'working extra hard'....worry about getting good at the bench and the overhead, and don't worry about making them tougher and limiting the load you can handle by supersetting them with things.......it is mental for a lot of guys.....but from my experience, things like flyes and lateral raises really don't contribute to gains and don't provide carryover to lifts, and are never missed when they are scrapped from a routine....if you like them and they don't interefere with recovery and you don't lose site of what really counts, then they are harmless enough.
