"If you don't understand that this board is full of people who lie about thier stats and the dosages of drugs they do and the weights they lift then that you, then you should read some FONZ posts. I've been told he had some awesome advice on dosages of DNP

My advise would be don't be so gullible."
Why because I feel that lifting these weights are not out of the reach for a lot of 18yo's? That doesn't make me gullible when i've seen and lived these accomplishments personally. How is that being gullible? I really don't see how this is so hard to understand.
"I never said it was impossible that a 19 year old could lift such weights. I said it was "few and far between" I believe this to be a true and accurate statement. I think the other term is used was "man child" which also indicates something out of the norm."
I disagree and do not think it is 'true and accurate.' Although a lot of kids cannot do this amount of weight, a lot can do it. I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree with this statement though, unless you want to call me a liar when I also say that I lifted it? That's on you though.
I'm not understanding your term "man child" as your english doesn't appear to be very good. You'd have to elaborate on this for me some.
"If you reread your own diet advise you don't explain anything about the main nutrients to be gotten at
breakfast , lunch , pre workout , port workout or evening.
You didn't explain why each time period is significant. You didn't explain anything about protein , fat or carb calories , nor did you explain a diet that has these macronutrients in percentages. You didn't explain what are good sources of the 3 macronutrients or subdivisions of those macronutrients.
What is a Monosaccharide ?
What is a Disaccharaide??
What is a Polysacchararide??
What is the glycemic index and where does maltodextrin fit in it?
What is a monoglyceride??
What is a diglyceride??
What is a triglyceride??
You talked alot about starches... could I get you to explain what a starch is and how they relate to other types of carbohydrates??? You didn't explain anything to him about resting metabilc rate or basal metabolic rate and how you calorie consuption should revolve around these numbers. In other words , your diet advice sucks..."
LOL....You are really making yourself look bad now. Tell me what significance answering and explaining all those terms will accomplish on a post like this? Do you really think it will benefit him much? If you do a search on the diet board back in 2000-2002, you will see that I DID help many people with their diets both on and off the board. I took 3-5 minutes to post some pointers, not to write a book on something. For the record, I have went to such measures in the past on the diet board to explain things such as those you mentioned here, only for most to never respond and ask questions back. I am, not gonna go out of my way unless I know somebody is gonna take in what I write. I learned that a long time ago on the diet board, and i'm sure Mr. X, MS, cockdezl, and a host of others that used to frequent the diet board every day can vouch for that. If somebody wants to ask me questions, while I am helping them, then I will aswer those. I really do not think he was wanting to know any biochemical terms or explanations on this post though. Sometimes simplicity is the best way to go about things at first until more specifics are needed later on. The fact is, the amount of depth you are asking for is erroneous for a post such as this, in fact, what you are asking for is definately 'far and in between.' In all my years on this board, I have never seen anybody go into such depths with a post like this, have you? You still haven't posted or stated on what I can do differently as far as the 'quick' pointers I gave him....I want to learn too. So give some pointers to the kid so he and I can learn from you.
If you want me to answer questions for you GJohnson, then we can take this to the diet board and i'll answer all the questions you want me to. That will be easy considering my degrees are in this field. I don't have a problem with this. And please have them make sense....for example, asking 'how a starch relates to other types of carbohydrates?' is not acceptible.
Thanks!
