Basically heres the deal... I am 19 (gonna get flamed for this one...) and have no aspirations of being nearly as big as many of my relatives (300+ around 15%BFs one 270 @ 8%)... I need money badly because I am not getting approved for financial aid atm and I want to enter fitness modeling because I have connections that will most definitely get me jobs if I look better (have done modeling at young age for disney and made mad money)... I know the modeling shit sounds gay but yes I bench 365, squat 405x5(paralell) and ran a 4.5 at 210 when I was 18...
Basically I know you do not advocate AAS use at 19, however I am 6'1" and havent grown for 3 years, I need money NOW, and I have a great future of going to Med School if I can continue to pay for my undergrad...
Basically my question is if I haven't touched AAS but eat 6 high protein (totalling 300+g), medium low glycemic complex carbs, and eat fish oil supplements for fats (done this diet for past year)... And I also Train extremely hard ( I alternate high volume eg 30 sets back and low volume 20 sets back but less rest ), and currently weigh 218 lbs at 6'1" my questions are twofold:
1) Can anyone guestimate my bodyfat?
2) What would the ideal cycle be to attain the Mens Fitness look? ( I know about PCT: HCG last 2weeks while on, nolva last week while on and continue to 3 weeks after).
