Basically heres the deal... I am 19 (gonna get flamed for this one...) and have no aspirations of being nearly as big as many of my relatives (300+ around 15%BFs one 270 @ 8%)... I need money badly because I am not getting approved for financial aid atm and I want to enter fitness modeling because I have connections that will most definitely get me jobs if I look better (have done modeling at young age for disney and made mad money)... I know the modeling shit sounds gay but yes I bench 365, squat 405x5(paralell) and ran a 4.5 at 210 when I was 18...

Basically I know you do not advocate AAS use at 19, however I am 6'1" and havent grown for 3 years, I need money NOW, and I have a great future of going to Med School if I can continue to pay for my undergrad...

Basically my question is if I haven't touched AAS but eat 6 high protein (totalling 300+g), medium low glycemic complex carbs, and eat fish oil supplements for fats (done this diet for past year)... And I also Train extremely hard ( I alternate high volume eg 30 sets back and low volume 20 sets back but less rest ), and currently weigh 218 lbs at 6'1" my questions are twofold:

1) Can anyone guestimate my bodyfat?
2) What would the ideal cycle be to attain the Mens Fitness look? ( I know about PCT: HCG last 2weeks while on, nolva last week while on and continue to 3 weeks after).

so you bench 365lbs. at 218lbs. ok....

1) no , your pictures suck, maybe 12%
2) you don't need a cycle, you need to diet/train/sleep and take supplementation....

LMAO! so why didnt you play football on a full scholorship?? that would pay for school. right now with those stats you have the ability to start at many DI schools. i think you inflated your stats just a little to much bro... you aint gonna fool the guys on here.

sounds pretty wild to me too. But over the years at the gyms ive seen some weak lookin guys shove some big weight that shocked the hell out of me. Thers a guy at worlds now thats kinda flabby at about 210 or so and i saw him do 275 for 10 reps. He looks weak as hell. I personally can only get 325 and thats on a good day and i weigh 240 at 6'4 but at 36yrs old im scared of injury and usually only go to 70%max. This guy maybe one of those who will fool you. But id have to see it on a streemline video.

yes... my best is 325x5 however I never max... some people get 50 pounds off their set of 5... I figured 40 would be a good bet...

Been doing that shit since 14 and yes I know how to train, probably better than most here. I get 9 hours of sleep every night and take an hour nap every afternoon pre-workout...

I guess training/sleeping/supplements will put 20 pounds lbm on me in 8 weeks?
