New member introducing myself

What's up everybody, been lurking in the shadows as a non-member on this board for over a year and decided to finally join up. The knowledge on this board is unbelievable and there seem to be some really good people on here, some not so good as well, but that's to be expected. [stats] early 30's, 5'11.5" 248 lbs. All natural so far. Bench 335 3x6 will try 345 next week. Squats, really light right now, had some knee problems. Deadlift 405 3x6 working sets, not pushing myself because of said knee problems. Military 190 3x6. That's about it, those are my core lifts. Look forward to meeting some of you all and reading some of the hillarious discussions on here. Peace!

Hehe, yes yes i know i have to earn my stripes, but i'm no DIV, i speak the truth, i'll get some pics up as soon as possible. I witnessed the whole demise of Division from the shadows. Sad, but who harasses chicks on an internet board anyway...lame! :evil:

Welcome Bro. Awesome stats. I have a long ways to go to get there. I maxed my deadlift today at 75 lbs. The last time I maxed my bench it was up 50 lbs. from 45. It's funny because I've done 3 solid cycles of d-bol only.

lol, took me a second to see the j/k on the bottom. Thanks for the warm welcome everyone, i'll get some pics up as soon as i get a decent camera, mine is about to hit the recycling container. I never said i was thin, hehehe, i want that on the record. One of the reasons i lurk around here, looking for tips on diet etc., etc. And seriously thinking about using "alternative" supplements down the road and by that i mean amino acids

Yeah, i'm seriously considering it. Want to get my diet down and drop about 30lbs before i'm ready. I'll be moving in September and will be building a sweet home gym in the basement. Once i'm all set in my new place i will seriously be considering giving AAS a try. Although being all natural hasn't hurt me in the strength dept. so far. I'd like to put on some serious size though. We'll have to see. In the near future, i'm the master of Atkins, so i'll do it for the induction phase, i typically drop about 10-15 lbs, then up my carbs and hit T-rex for about a month and see where i end up. I'll keep everyone posted of my progress.
 
Well, if your looking for big benchers, there a guy in our gym who can bench over 600 for reps. The whole gym just stops and watches him! Unbelievable stuff! Then again, if I had arms that were as big as tree-trunks, build like a brick shit house, and had a very short leverage, I'd be the man too! (yes, I am jealous!)
 
Thanks for the welcome, i've been digging up info on here for some time, look forward to getting some good info and sharing what i have learned over the past 15 or so years of lifting.
