I have been looking around and there is alot of good knowlage here. Just wanted to say hi to all

Im back sum quick info about me. I've been in and out of the gym for about 13 years I been around alot of gear but never used. I'm 5' 8 185 to 190lbs
bench 285 x 5
dead lift 405 x 5
sqt 365 x 8
I have done sum state comp. " power lifting " about 5 or 6 comp. but that was about 12 years ago. motocross and roadracing has taken its toll on my knees and shoulders so now days just lift for the love of it. I stick to the basic movments and keep the weight at about 75 to 80 of my 1 rep max

1) i only pay my bills
2) 1 night stand I would , will and always cover up!! NO QUESTION
3) And hell no I do not consider a one night stand a whore!! Over the years I've had alot of them. ( I love every one of um )
