Im back sum quick info about me. I've been in and out of the gym for about 13 years I been around alot of gear but never used. I'm 5' 8 185 to 190lbs

I have done sum state comp. " power lifting " about 5 or 6 comp. but that was about 12 years ago. motocross and roadracing has taken its toll on my knees and shoulders so now days just lift for the love of it. I stick to the basic movments and keep the weight at about 75 to 80 of my 1 rep max
