So are you looking to compete more in the future or do you just wanna be one swole sob? We're the same height and I've gotten big as 250 in the off season but I honestly couldn't imagine walking around at 270. You have a nice physique already, why not build on that and shoot for another 10-15 lbs. of just solid muscle. Trust me, when you're walking around at 235 with 6% BF you'll look damn near 270, even at 6'3"

I'm thinking about competing this year, there are two shows in Wisconsin in April and another in May. Check out Blackstone Labs forum there I laid out and logged my 45 day transformation.
40% carb 40%protein 20% fats. I try and take in around 3500-4000 clean calories a day. One typical cheat day every two weeks. Spread my calorie intake around 6-8 meals a day with a few shakes. Trying to watch cholesterol intake and strengthen cardio vascular before I cycle.
