Well, posting that is. I have been lurking these threads for quite sometime and finally decided to join up and post. I have been lifting for 9 years and have maintained a decent diet for the most part, only now I have cut all sorts of high cholesterol and fat foods. I plan on starting AS very soon and simply wanted to see if you guys can point me in the right direction...

My details according to StRoNg_WoN's sample list are the following:

1 - Age: 25
2 - Lifting History: On and off from 1996-2002. Non-stop from 2003-Present
3 - Height: 6'0
4 - Weight: 182lbs
5 - Estimated BF% (Or at least, lean/think/fat etc...): About 6-8%
6 - Diet: Whey Protein, Complex Carbs, Lean Meats
7 - Goals: Gain 25 lbs/Cut
8 - Proposed cycle: Deca 300 + Cyp 250 + Primo 100 for 10 weeks, or Deca 300 + Primo 100 for 10 wks.

I am semi-predisposed to MPB and have a very fast metabolsim making weight gain a difficult thing for me. I have very good strength genetics and can naturally lift a lot for my build. This stated proposal is based on what I have read here and some personal advice from BB friends. Any light that I need to shed in dark areas will be appreciated by all helpful members. Thank you.

welcome to the board bro. Keep it simple with the first cycle. TEST only.
The idea is to learn how you respond to each compound individually before combining them. You need to learn where your gains/sides come from.

BTW, 100mg/wk of primo is pretty much worthless. Adding that to the cycle would be like pissing in a swimming pool and trying to measure how much the water level went up.

Just a note on your diet: From the way you described it you aren't eating enough fat. Fat is very important for growth, especially if you are skinny by nature. And I agree with Apexx on test only for the first cycle.
 
Thanks on the quick response guys. I did note that I need to add more fat calorie intake to my diet, and I will probably achieve this through the consumption of weigh-gainer shakes since my day is pretty busy and I haven't got the time to cook during the day.

As far as going with only one compound for my first cycle I agree. However, would I be able to use another compund other than test such as Deca on my first cycle, or strickly test? Also is there particular test I should go with for my first cycle or is any form of test suitable. Thanks for the input and the best Karma to you all.

ok well youve been working out a while... make sure your training keeps up while your on, also, the diet... is the most important thing, fats help with growth... you cant gain muscle without gaining a little fat, dont worry a couple weeks of clen could get rid of any excess fat you gain from your cycle, eat... and also, your cycle IMHO, isnt good, i was gonna say sucks but didnt wanna sound like a jerk, ha, no but youve got the idea, but the doeses are off, if it were me and my first...

Dbol 25mg/day week 1-5(help kick start the cycle, the others might take a few weeks to take effect)

test cyp 400mg/week 1-10(12weeks cycles will be better for mass gains...)

Deca 250mg/week 1-10

primo 100mg/week 1-10(will help keep you hard during cycle)

make sure to have a Good PCT!

Hey I appreciate the honesty. It's the only way to get the right message across. I think I am sold on the Deca 250mg for weeks 1-10, with a proper diet and rigorous excersize program. What kind of PCT do you guys recomment for the dosage of gear that I will be using (Deca only in this case). Also, what kind of side effects can I expect? Many thanks!

I'm gonna go ahead and agree with ONLY one compound for the first cycle. It is VERY important IMO to know how you react to said compound individually in the future.

If you run Test/Deca and get gyno, what caused it? Pro or Estrogen?

I may of read your post wrong but are you suggesting all of the above for a first cycle? I could not disgree more, test only for a first cycle at 500 a week for 10 weeks, thats it. IF something was added then maybe some EQ, but to use those 3 options all at once right out of the gate is not the wisest course of action (again IF I understood your post correctly)

Test e for 10 weeks will do WONDERS and you are correct, PCT is vital.
