i just joined this board, and have made a few posts, did not know elite had a p/l forum until a freind that posts here told me about it, i have been reading some posts and it seems there are some good guys here. i hope to contribute to the board, im not a great lifter, no where near elite, im around a class 1 lifter now. i lift in the apa, but have lifted in the apf and aapf, i hold a few state submaster records ( no big deal i know) but have been p/l for 3 years, have competed in 9 meets, have trained w/s, used MM for bench and many other methods as well, plus have used almost every type of gear (shirts, suits) imaginable, so i hope to pick up some things from you guys and hopefully contribute.
