Not talking about trouble areas -- just electrical conductance. Take a cross-section on the most direct route from one foot to the other -- any woman (as opposed to a "girl") should have more area along that route.
The proportion of bone, muscle, and fat in the conductive path influences the signal, but the inventors had to strike some baselines to figure out the meaning of the signal and whether it represents a fat male leg or a skinny female one, or any other combination.
You look healthy in that pic.
A quantitative feedback mechanism -- calipers, something with numbers -- is good. There are people who have a perception problem and they literally don't see in the mirror what other people see when looking at them.
Having someone who will be honest with you (and supportive) is even better.

I said I'd do it. The biggest bra I own still is a 40DD but not the biggest I ever wore. I wear 34B now. Funny, it seemed to be much smaller last time I wore it...
