Hey guys, My name is Justin obviously and I'm new here on the board. I already post over at the strength and size forum which is a damn good group of guys. I have been lifting seriously for about a year or so and I weigh about 200lbs and I'm 6'0" tall. I am 19 yrs old and a college student. Currently I do 2 fullbody workouts a week since I'm more of a hardgainer and it has succeeded in putting on decent muscle on my skinny frame. I see pics of some of the HUGE guys on this board and I find myself kinda wondering what they did to achieve such success or it it just amazing genetics. I want more than anything to be a bodybuilder. I Try to get 8 hours of sleep a night and eat 4-5 meals a day with as much protein as I can but I am a starving college student so its hard sometimes. What I want to know is what you guys would recommend for a new routine/diet so I can pack on the muscle fast. Here is what I currently do
DAY 1
Deadlift
Weighted Dips
Chins
Military Press
Curls
Tricep extensions
DAY 2
Squat
Bench
Bent Rows
Clean and Press
culrs
close grip bench
