Hello everyone.

My name is Fadi, and i thought i would share some pics with you guys. At first, i was real skeptical and timid to post my pics here due to the fact that most of you on this site will eat me for dinner, lol.

But, i figured i need opinions from champions, so please criticize/comment/and share your opinions with me..thank you.

Hey guys..thank you very much.

Yes, this is 100% natural. Just protein and lots of food.

I am getting in about 3500 calories in a day. I have gained 12 pounds in the last month and a half. I dont know how i did it considering my metabolisim is ALL over the place, but i did.

Maybe i can dig up some photos of me 2 months ago, BIG change. Went from 14.5" arms Cold to 15.6" Arms cold in little less then 2 months.

I cant believe what proper diet and nutrition can do!

good genetics bro! looking indeed good. Just imagine... If you get into roids you're gonna be so freak that you probably would eat all of us :D
 
looks pretty good to me. i don't think most of the people on EF would "eat you alive". definitely look bigger/leaner than i do. how tall are you? how many years training?

Wow, i didnt expect such kind comments from hard core people like youselves, that makes me feel great, thank you!!

Many people question my weight..believe me, i have had people PM me just to tell me that there is no way i weigh 155 lbs, lol, but i do.

I am 5'8 and 155 on the dot. My legs are not bad, but they are not great. they are 22". I will definatly take pics of them next time i am at the gym, and back pics for you guys to get a better idea of my physique.

I have been lifting for 5 years, but if i were to combine the days that i actually went to the gym, i dont think they would equal oput close to 4 years. That is how inconsistent i have been with my training. But for the past 2 months, i have been hitting it very hard, and i will NEVER miss a workout from now until forever..:)

Anyways, thanks a lot guys, keep the opinions coming. Any criticizims are also appreciated.

Trying to look for flaws to help you out with a crtique but could`nt find any. lol I guess you have a smaller than average frame to have that much muscle on you at 155. Very good. Keep it up.

PS I can`t see your back but I`m sure it`s up to par just from what I`ve seen. Also good shape to the muscles.

As far as my back, i will post pics as soon as i can.

Hopefully i can get up to 170 by this summer naturally. Not sure if that is too unrealistic or not..guess we will find out..:)
 
Hey Fadi.....i sort of have the same build as you but im a little taller about 6'0" anwayz i was curious if you take in extra protein with each meal like a protein shake and what kind of workout routine are you currently doing?

Hey buddy...

I take in 3 protein shakes a day. Not necessarily with meals. I have one in the morning, one before a workout, and one before bed. If i am lucky, i get in 4 a day, but more then likely 3.

My work out routine goes like this:

Monday- Quads/Hams
Tuesday- Back/Calvs
Wednesday- Rest
Thursday- Chest/Shoulders
Friday- Bis/Tris
Saturday- Rest
Sunday- Rest

You look impressive brother! Im 5'8 myself and guessed you much bigger then 155 with 15 3/4 arms. Your arms look atleast 17".
Also you look about 190-200 IMO. Great work and the dedication is very evident! Much respect!!! Hope to see you post on the training boards also!! We could use someone like you over there!

Here is a picture of my back guys. I am not happy with my back at all. What is missing? something is not adding up when i flex my back. What do some of you experts out there think i am lacking and what excercise do i need to concentrate on? This what taken today.

want hardcore comments,huh? heres one...u look like a little fuckin pussy...jk brotha...very nicely put together...it is hard to believe ur 155...just shows what leaness can do for ones physique...makes me think maybe i do have enough mass to really cut down...ur still pretty damn lean for bulking...for ur training...chest/shoulders is a lot for me, and then ur doing tris the day after that...IMO that MUST be changed...if ur intent on doing chest/shoulders together, move it to front of the week, giving ur body time to rest
 
looking solid but bring up the side delts, it will make your triceps look even more cut and also bigger. Congrads on a soild build

Hey buddy, i am so glad you mentioned this, because i have been trying to figure out how to get my side delts bigger. The problem is that i dont know what excercise to do that targets the side delt. Can you help me out to a link that shows pics or just explain to me what excercises i need to do to help the side delt grow? Thanks for the help and the nice comments..:)

Thanks bro..My goal is to get around 175 lbs by August, and then cut down to 160 by end of November where i will be competing!

I just hope this is realistic without the juice..any thoughts on that goal?

Well, cold they are 15.5"

Pump, like the pic above that i posted, my arms measured in at a little over 16.5"..But pumped doesnt count, its cold that really counts. I hope to get 16" cold soon..:)

geez, i'm 10 lbs heavier than you are, but def not as cut as you are..

what are your maxes on bench and squat? i work my way up to 265x3 on bench day, my weight is about 165

j/w about your lifts, since you don't weigh a lot.


BTW, Bob Saget approves of your physique. :D

Hey man...to be honest with you, i am not that strong. My max bench is like 240 and my max squat is like 315..but that will hopefully all change very soon..:)

I am a little bit stronger when it comes to db's. On flat db press, i can push 90 lbs for 8 reps. :)

You know, its funny because i have always been the kind that said to myself "I am jus too litte, no matter what i do i wont grow" and then i remember people responding to that like- "Dude, you gotta eat, eat, eat. If you dont eat you wont grow" and when i hear that response, i would think to myself- these people dont know what they are talking about, i am eating but not growing.

Well, i have only now realized that i wasnt eating before. I thought i was, but i wasnt. I now know what it means to really eat, and i am almost up to 160 where i was at 140 2.5 mths ago all from food.

It is ALL ABOUT THE FOOD!! that is my source of juice:fro: ;)
 
what supplements are u taking?? how many meals perday.. do u do any cardio at all? , you look like ur right on track bro...but keep up whatever u are doing

As far as supplements, i just take Protein. I am thinking about 225g of protein in a day.
I dont do cardio at all..I even quit playing Tennis due to the fact it involves running, lol.
I get in 6 meals a day. That is a must for me. Even if i get up at around 1 pm, i dont go to bed until i have atleast 6 meals in me. If that means to stay up another hour, then be it.

I remember someone above mentioned something about eating what i eat and they will look like a whale. Well, here is why i dont seem to get much bf on me even when i eat my Pizza, big macs, etc..

I have been sick for the past 2 days now. In the past 2 days, i have not been able to lift and i have only been getting in 4 meals in. You know what happend to me in these past 2 days? My arms went from 15.75" cold to 15.5 cold", and i lost 7 lbs. This is how unbelievabley retarded my metabolisim is, and this is why i dont put on much bf even when i eat pizza all day long.

I cant wait until Monday to start eating and lifting again!! I hope to gain that 7 lbs back fast. God, this is so crappy!!!!!

Thanks bro..

I just got over a flu. I have been knocked out in bed for the past three days. I cant believe i lost 10 POUNDS:mad: :( It is gonna take me forever to gain it back.

Anyways, i will be posting more pics as soon as i get back in the gym and gain some weight back. Fuc*ing flu!
 
Looking very good. I think the weight you lose when sick is mostly water. If in any case you do lose muscle, remember that they do have memory and it will not take as long to build them back up as they initially did. I hope to look that good when I'm 23 ;). Keep up the good work bro.

Hey man..its funny you mentioned this because last night i was thinking the samething as far as the muscle memory. I hope I, we, are right about that.

I am not working out this whole week. And to make things worse, my throat hurts so bad i can barely eat. I am gonna try my absolute harderst to get in 6 meals today. I cant wait until next Monday.

Next time, when mommy and daddy say "get the flu shot" dont do what i did and say "what are my chances, come on!":bawling:
 
just to jeep you guys posted, if you care, lol. I will be starting to work out again tomorrow. I cant wait. I havent worked out in 10 days becasue of the damn flu. I cant wait!! Will post more pics in a few mths.

Well, i guess! I do have pretty good legs, but i wouldnt say they are as big as my upper body when it comes to proportion. But, this of course, will all be changed in 3 months from now!..:) I will definitely take pics soon..:D

hey dude you look good. im exactly your measures except 15lbs heavier but one inch shorter, however i have 2 cycles under my belt. i love our physique. you look well, my only spit, hit the tanning bed a little and use those "natural shadows" whether your purpose is the camera or the club. wish you well...

i had the flu from hell last winter and lost 10 lbs. be patient with the weight. it was water, not muscle so don't worry. it took me about 2.5 weeks to get back to the weight back.. the true flu (influenza) is serious. i thought i would never get back to normal! next year get the flu shot.

Hey man, thanks a lot. You probably look a lot bigger then me being an inch shorter and having the same measurements..:)

And as far as the tanning bed, lol, well, to be honest, i dont like to go tanning because its bad for the skin. But you are correct, i am one pale white boy..LOL.

Yes, many many people when the see me in person think i am still 19. lol, i guess that could be a good thing eh?

I am from Syria. Been here for 14 years now.

And as far as the flu, well, i have worked out 2x already this week and i already look and feel better. Next year i am definitely taking the flu shot! God, i hate needles, imagine if i ever had to go on a cycle, i would probably kill myself before i poke myself..lol. Thanks and take care.

defintely work the legs hard. i found once i started working my legs very hard and they got larger, the rest of my bad followed at astounding rate. you look awesome and good luck with your goals
