By November 1 I want to be able to:
- Deadlift 500 pounds
- Bench Press 350 pounds
- Make my adductors bullet-proof (indoor soccer finishes in a month's time and thereafter I can work on getting injury free, right now I'm just managing it)
And I want to weigh 190 pounds.
