New Goals for the Winter...

Well, just like rsnoble... I plan on focusing on the Bench. I am close to achieving my goal of 6% BF so now I can assess my physique and see what I need... in my opinion... front delts are lacking. My rears are far more developed. Overall Upperbody mass needs to come in par with the legs. I think I am the opposite of most trainees. I assume benching 450 will also give me overall upperbody mass to balance my physique with my legs.

I have a former competitive powerlifter who is a trainer at the gym designing my approach.... When I get the details I will be sure to post it for some opinions.
 
I bet you cant wait to get to heavier weights and ability to eat more food

Hey... I hit 485 for a set of ten on the deads twice today... Jesus... I am weak as shit... I still have a little go... but right now it is all show...I am still trying to carve up those hamhocks below my waist.... goddamn those fuckers are stubborn! The only time they look ripped is when I drink 3 glasses of red wine.

My choices: 1. Be a wino with ripped quads.
2. Have water logged quads.

Looks like I am downing a bottle of Merlot!

bor.... my physique goal is to look like you... only a bit stronger..... okay a lot stronger.. u weakling...485 for 10... I do that after cardio on my cardio days

Right now... about 215-217...

On fridays (after 6 days of targeted carb depletion) I drop to around 210-211. Saturdays I eat yams, oatmeal and pasta all day and return to around 220... then slowly drain water and fat all week and repeat.

I can't wait to get back in the 230's again... this time without the little chub on the waist.
