getting to much/ fat. He made a superctus deit for me, it's prommsed to make supercuts and superbig resulst;

meal1- 2dozen eggwhites omelet, 1 cup Zoic,vegetables
meal2-2cup Zoic,PB,banana
meal3-chicken breast,Zoic
meal4-chicken breast,Zoic
meal5-2cup Zoic,pb,banana
meal60-hamburg'e beef,zoic,vegetable
meal7-hamburg beef,Zoc,vegetables
meal8-24 eggwhite omelet,vegetables,ZOic
meal9-Zoic protein drink
meal10-Zoic protein drink
meal11-halfway through night-ZOIC with wtaer

Relatively new to the process of building with 'supplements'. Been on a program for 5 weeks. Gained about 8lbs of pretty lean mass. What type of diet would you guys suggest for really mass building and keeping it lean? Is this even possible?

To answer your question about soy protein, they have found that it MAY increase estrogen levels. This doesn't mean it will give you tits though. Although, many people feel that if you looking for the best protein stick with animal protein, not soy.
