My plan is to create a company in Mexico under Nafta by using grants, and export snow mobiles there to revitalize Polaris and other makers of this type of machine..

I will create a plan to employ Americans to build them, Mexicans to transport them to Mexico from Minnesota at a loss of $14,000 per unit, since it doesn't snow there, I'll get the Gov to buy them to give to the employees in Mexico that transported them to convert to energy efficient transportation for local kids going to school..

I can see several good programs here..

did i miss anything??
