you'll never be too big! haha
skinny fat is a term often used. when i was 250+ at 6'2" people thought I was a monster, so I'm sure at 6' you are a fkkin hulk! haha. I can't wait to do a 2nd cycle!! ahhh killing meee!!!

Dude, how do you manage the food intake, do you have a fast metabolism? I have to eat 5-6X a day every fuck in day minimum without exception it's crazy...the food bill is prob more expensive than the juice at this point
 
I am 6'0 250 right now. around your BF%. I used to be 170 also. In genetic size and stature i'm a fairly large person. But I dont see what others see. I see what I perceive to be small. My wife and friends are always commenting that i'm not small by any means. but it makes no difference. If i am in really good shape at the time I will cop to looking good. But never big enough. I think its a BB'ers desease.:biggrin:

This is me - I am 6'1 245 about 16% bf... Dont feel like I am big at all... Once I continue to drop that bf, to say 10-12%, I bet I feel a lot better..........


Take that cycle and let us know how you feel!
 
every time i see positive changes in my physique i feel it opens up new doors of potential

then i strive to reach another short term goal (like bigger rear delts, more defined quads, bigger tris, etc)

once i do it's onto the next, repeat, etc

you'll never stop unless other things take priority in your life

it's a good thing as long as you remain balanced and realize what is truly important to you
 
im 6.5,235lbs and 10% bf...

wen i look in the mirror i see an skinny kid with crappy definition and a pale tan lmao....this shit really pisses me off...people always tell me i look great but i convince my self there just saying it to make me feel better...my girl even wants me to take it easy cos shes says im too big for her lol.....this truly is a mental condition in my eyes.

Yes lol

but there comes a point to where you have to do things that allow you to objectively look at your self.

hard copy pics taken over time will once and for all allow you to see how much you have changed and will finally satisfy you or at least remove MOST of the ancy doubt feeling of not accomplishing much

This thread reminds me of my first day at the gym over 35 yrs ago, i was barely doing 65 lb barbell presses, man i so wanted to be able to slap those 45's on the bar, i worked & worked,then one day it happened, I did 2 reps, then 7 reps, once i was able to do 20 reps, I set mt goals for that 185, then i longed for the day i could press 225,then it was 315 after that the rest was history.
