NERD thread! Any of you good with flash templates?

Friend of mine is interested in creating a cool flash site. kinda like: Bella Rosa Photography

I told her to go to templatemonster.com first and see what kind of cool flash templates you can purchase - then modify later.

Is that pretty much the workflow? Then modify in adobe flash? I'm an html,. joomla, asp or javascript guy. Flash is still kinda new to me.

Or any hack that took an HTML workshop. I've done one site for my best friend's business as a favor and by default I had to maintain my former employers site for the four years I worked for them.IMO, find a graphic artist and teach them flash(from a book)..that's what I would do if I wanted to start a web development business.

good luck creating a flashy site that's interactive with video and music and has a unique look for a band, film, designer, photographer, artist ..with html! lol.
