I'd like to give it a try.
1. Take days to see results? or effects are immediate after each dose? or maybe results increase over time?
2. Will I see any difference taking 2 servings instead of one? if 2 are taken, what is the best time? before workout, post workout, morning, night? (I workout in the evening-night)
