I forgot the workout sheets with our numbers, thinking IP had them in her bag. Well, I was wrong. Oops.
So, today's workout was on the fly, and happened to include 3 PRs. Everything was for 5 reps.
Overhead squat: 115/140/160/185 - PR by 15 lbs. I got video, but I didn't know my camera wouldn't rotate the picture, or that Windows Movie Maker wouldn't either. So, no video.
Push Press: 115/135/160/175 - PR by 20 lbs. Oops.
Deadlift: 205/265/345/375 - PR (I don't think I've done this before)
Then I tried to deadlift 475, which would have been a 20 lb. PR. I didn't get it. I got it off the ground, but knew I wasn't going to lock it. I was frustrated with this, because I got 455 2 months ago. It's kind of hard to get to 500 when you can't get 475 first. That, and I haven't failed on anything in quite a LONG time.
Cardio today wasn't the greatest. I think I'm going to take Saturday off completely from training, and just do 5 days this week. My right tibia is starting to have a dull ache, and I felt the dull ache again in the glute/ham region.
