Got the new cook book. First let me say, Needto goes above and beyond in helping you w/ discount codes and tons of other great stuff you can find on the site. If you've spent any time on here you know elitefitness is by far the best bodybuilding site on the net. In the 13 months I've been here I've learned more than people that have juiced most of their lifetime.

I'm finally starting to get the diet portion down and have to say this cookbook delivers the goods. Tasty, easy to make and very, very informative.

Some of the best money I've spent and it helps support a great site and great bro.
