Which made the Spartan Recommendations of our diets alot more colorful.

And I knew he had the correct Knowledge and Know how for a Book.
But when I actually SAW it , it is clear that it is the Real Deal and that he REALLY knows his Field.

I can see BRR's care in it too.......

I feel the need to say this, because these things take alot of Care, True affection, and correct thinking to make reality. And when you see the finished product, you KNOW its worth it.

Very good.

One suggestion is to make it a little easier to to find recipies. For example one per page would be good. Going through it, it kind of runs together. It makes it hard to pinpoint something.

I am totally down with the chocolate peanut butter protein bars!

Just constructive criticism. I'll shut up now.

By far the best cookbook I've ever had, and I've had over 10. My girl loves it too, we take turns making dinner for the other, and we haven't had anything that wasn't great yet.

The shakes section has been a personal favorite of mine. I go a little overboard with them.
