Couple people asked me to let them know how this goes so I will keep you all up to date. my goal is to hit 200 but keeping lean. This will be my 3rd cycle in the last year and a half.

1-8 19 tren
1-4 diesel
5-8 beast

age 42
5-11
188
around 8%-9% bf

I actually started this a week ago, but really have nothing to report so far other than feeling tighter, but I really dont start gaining much weight till the 3rd week of my cycles for some reason.

Im using Omegas phase 1 as my workout threw this cycle, so will not go into my workout.

One other thing that I have changed is I have taken out all fruits and rice from my diet, trying to get leaner.

So here is my daily diet, it does not change from day to day, other than sat. I usually have a pizza, and some pancakes in the morning.

Meal 1 4:30 am
3 eggs 4 egg whites
half a cup of oats
2 scoops of whey
scoop of cycle support
cup of water
blended up and drink this.

workout from 5:30 am to 7am
Meal 2
drink another 2 scoop whey shake after this.

Meal 3 9:30 am
natty pb on double protien whole grain breed

Meal 4 12:00
usually a thick rosted turkey on double protien whole grain breed
cup of some sort of greens

Meal 5 3:30pm
can of tuna

Meal 6 6:30
2 chiken breast or a big streak
2 cups of some sort of veg.

Meal 7 9:30 pm
2 scoops of whey
scoop of cycle support
cup of milk.

Good workout this morning, plenty of energy.
Only thing is I seem to have lost my appetite, I usually feel like im starving, but now I have to force my food down, not sure why this is.
 
Diet has been the same for the past 2 years, only real change is taking out 3 peaces of fruit a day, adding salad (no dressing) in its place, and taking out 2 cups of brown rice a day, but adding extra meat. Im getting my food down, just dont really feel like I want it. I dont know, maybe catching a little bug.

My workout yesterday was more intense and focused, really felt good.
My temper seems to be shorter, I need to watch that as im pretty short with the ones I love the last few days.
 
defenitely bro you dont want your temper getting you in shit especially with loved ones..
just wait until you hit 2nd week it should really kick in!
 
Another good workout this morning, leg day, they are pretty sore tonight.
Looking pretty damn good in the mirror.
Tomorrow is my weigh in day, not really thinking the weight will be up much yet, abs are busted out good, body is tight, so I figure I have leaned out a bit more than I allready was.
Appetite is back, so maybe just a 4 day bug.
 
My diet is posted in the first thread, been right on it.
Still have not gained a pound but I am leaner, and have not lost a pound, still right at 188. Maybe once the beast starts I will make the gains im looking for.
 
Are you eating 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight. Deiselbolan is pretty cal dependent. It needs cals to work. Like most steroids do.
Ether way you will deff get a body change out of this cycle.
 
There had not been much to post about till this week, so here goes.
First week of the beast is done, have put on 3lb and looking really good.
Now im not saying deisel is not a good product, but it just did not do much for me. next order will be two bottles of the beast if things keep going the way the first week has.
Diet is still right on, although I keep a tight diet year round.
workouts are going good, getting stronger also.
 
I took some measurements at the start, but forgot to write them down and cant remember them, I do know my arms started off at 15 1/2 and are now at 16 1/4 so maybe I made some better gains than I had thought, still have a couple weeks of the beast to go.

looking good man and continue to make the necessary adjustments to get those meals in. i feel like this also, sometimes i just dont feel like eating as i am looking to bulk up. wish you much success.
