We all have a sweat tooth at times. Food is a pleasure. Its meant to be enjoyed. For far to long now body builders have been fed the bullshit that we should all it for fuel only. To think of food as just fuel and nothing else. Ya thats because no one could come up with any thing better. It was the best concept people could come up with, And a lot of people bought into it.

I plan to smash this concept and rock the industry over time with a new concept. I will bring back the delight, taste, flavor,savory,and zesty into the diets of millions. People will once again find joy in eating. No longer will we all have to suffer just to meat our goals.

People get sick of boiled chicken and plan brown rice. A person can only force feed them selfs so much canned tuna before they barf. tasteless egg whites and bland oatmeal gets old fast.

Its high time we start enjoying food again.

Definitely going to pick this up. Love cooking, but spending 4 hours a week instead of will over an hour every day will be great. Much rather have an ebook cookbook than paper cookbook any day.

Seriously...I will pick up a copy tho......Im gonna start getting back into training again and I can not go through any more of those days of just forcing myself to eat, spitting my protein shake out all over my cupboards at first taste.Im really all set and just thinking about the eating part of training is what has been keeping me from hitting it hard.

The fact that you can read my writing better. Has more to do with the fact that I am a hell of a lot better at it now. Then I was a year or so ago. :)

Ok I am just going to wing this one for you Eddy. So people can see how my mind works.

first I think if you add str8 up mt dew and try to blend it will get pretty messy. So this is what I think you should do.

take the mt dew and pore it into ice trays. freeze it and make ice cubes with it.

4-5 dew cubes
1/2 cup fat free sugar free vanilla frozen yogurt
1 serving protein powder.
blend in blender for 1 min or smooth

(you can add any kind of citrus fruit to this mix if you like. lemon lime,orange,grapfruit,and the like)

Mate your on to it with the dew cubes great idea , i put ice cubes in my shakes to help mix so i can see it working great ,it should be a highly in demand book bro .

i even get abused at work about it--i came in one morning and they hooked-up a 24 oz bottle of diet dew to a coat rack with a tube running from it so i could use it as an iv---the said they just did have any needles (should have asked me) :)

made it--awesome :Chef: (the yougurt did it i think) i could not wait for the dew to freeze solid but is was killer--even used goat's whey french vanilla and added a couple of servings super plasma--i am hooked!!!!!!!!

last nite i had the super plasma mixed with jell-o vanilla fatfree/sugarfree instant pudding .. tasted phawkin great .. i shall try yours/needto later today

I have been working on lazy friendly bro. Keep in mind my book is going to be set up in a way for it to grow with the people who buy it. We are still working on this part.

i was vegan for a few years--felt great, lost weight--but when i starting riding and training hard--i just could not recover that fast--and i was in my 20s at the time.

Yup, taste like a mix between pork and chicken thigh - really quite good. One of the most expensive meals you can buy in Ecuador - $10-25 depending where.

Served with boiled popped corn, an avacado and of course potatos.

I need to know some creative ways to cook up talapia and other fish since I really don't like fish but know it is very beneficial to my BB goals and am willing to endure whatever my diet calls for. my wife also likes fish and will benefit from me dieting too.

I know we are all anticipating this book. me more then any one. Things are taking a bit longer then I thought. Its close though. This month for sure.

I'm not that fussed about bodyfat if I'm trying to gain weight, just as long as I don't go too high. I think keeping a good lipid profile is obviously important though.

My problem comes down to planning. If I could structure my diet better and prepare meals in bulk, I believe I am half way there. I'm just never sure how I store food and what protocols to take to avoid the risk of food poisoning..etc.

I know what things to eat, but sometimes not entirely sure of the nutrional values when it comes to quantities..etc. such as how much chicken contains X amount of protein..etc. or how much oatmeal contains X amount of carbs (of course i have a rough idea on this, but could be better).

I've never been that scientific when it comes to diet, my main emphasis has always been on protein and to make sure I always get around 1.5 - 2g per lb of bodyweight and then just increase or decrease carb intake to suit my goals. This has worked pretty well so far, but I need to expand on this and plan ahead more.

I don't like to overcomplicate things when it comes to food, supplements or training, but in my case I believe I could do better with some help.

Definately. Im in the same boat. It always comes down to me slacking on diet. It just gets to be so much of a hassle. Next thing you know Im going the fast food route 2 times a day. So just having it easily prepped ahead of time in a nice simple way will help me tremondously.

same--so easy to eat poorly....they taught calculus in high school---of which i have never and will never use--but the only thing they teach about nutrition is that stupid pyramid....which i guess was wrong all along anyway

Taking time for proper food prep and establishing solid habits have helped me more than anything else. I kind of have this ritual that I do not deviate from. Sunday I go to the grocery store and buy all my food for the week. Then I cook most of everything I will eat leading up until Wednesday. On Wednesday I cook for the rest of the week. The only two meals I don't really cook in advance are breakfast and post workout. I like to keep everything pre portioned therefore I know exactly what I am eating when I eat it. When you are ahead of the game it really makes a difference. Oh and I definitely want a copy of this book Needto :jenscat

With this book you will be doing the same for breakfast to. Even some of the more advanced people don't know most of the tricks I cam up with. You can make breakfast months in advance and it will not spoil. :)

Yeah i hate getting up ,thats when i need to save time in the kitchen coz im always out of time and have to spint to work .

IMO, Diet is the hardest part of bodybuilding to nail down.
I think this is also where most people make the wrong turn. It will be very nice to have a diet book geared twoards bodybuilding!

Tips for diet for when doing things that arent ideal for bodybuilding would be another thing to add on to this book at a later time. Like when one goes out partying, what can they eat that wont bloat them or help negate some catabolic effects of alcohol. What to eat before bed and when waking.

That's a good idea. I stay on my diet pretty well but there are those occasional nights out, and everyone I know always orders fried, oily crap. It's hard to eat well then.

Just kidding - the month is almost over, can't be much longer.
 
again I have to say. I hope you have some easy to eat meals for when one is sick and doesnt want to eat. I know getting wisdom teeth out I dropped 15lbs real fast. I know it comes back in a week but still the psychological damage done was immense.lol
