conan, I have tried every single steroid cycle I could think of over the years, so dont really have offseason cycles. I know what worked for me, and it was basically the enth/deca/dbol ocmbo, never seen anything to match it for size. Over the years I added eq to that mix and was happy with it. A few years ago I stopped growing no matter what I did with training/diet/cycles, so over the last 2 years I added in gh and have seen some changes. In lower doses I look and feel good but dont grow. Last year I ran my usual cycle, enth/deca/eq and added in gh at 8iu a day(8 on training days and 4iu of off days)split up over 2iu shots spaced out over the day....I progressed from that and actually saw weak areas come up for the first time in years.
Offseason I dont have a diet, I aim for 7 meals with at least 50 grams of protein per meal...I dont really count carbs of calories, especially when I was running the gh...lol, but I aim to not go over 10% bf in the offseason. Protein sources are chicken, hamburger, eggs, etc
Contest diet the food changes, but I aim for same macro breakdown....6 meals per day, 50 grams of protein each meal, 50 grams of complex carbs with the first 4 meals...no carbs after dinner time. It tends to work out to around 2800-3000 calories per day
