I have used trainers in the past and thats basically where the macro breakdown of my diet came from. It really is the basis for my current contest diet(thanks laura binetti), but I couldnt stand a lot of the food I had to eat. So I changed tuna and chicken with flavoured egg whites and hamburger cooked this way and it got a whole lot easier. Not to mention some things make me feel fuller than others, so I am always experimenting trying to perfect it all....definitely a lot of trial and error over the years though, and that included my cycles, contest and off season
Dialtone, the pics came about that way as the lighting in my house blows for taking pics so I wasnt going to bother, but that night I was going to bed and noticed I looked pretty good in my bathroom mirror...bathroom wasnt big enough to take them from across the room so I just wanted to duplicate what I saw in the mirror(its not often I look in the mirror and actually like what I see...lol)
