I didn't workout yesterday nor today. I took a couple days to desensitize the body from the daily routine. Will go back tomorrow. However, On Monday, I was 2 pounds heavier. Could be the increment in carbs, but one day says nothing. Will weigh again tomorrow and throughout the weekend.

So far, I am looking even more veiny, lean, and feeling great. I LOVE this product, and is a MUST to stack with other great supplements. After I finish this bottle, will probably take a week off, and get another one along with gear and bridge.

My Need2slin got delivered today never tried anything like this before so I'll stick to the recommended usage. Had 2 capsules today and I noticed the hot flush just before I ran 3 miles.
