I have few questions and your opinion and advice would be much appreciaited.
I'm an mma amateur fighter and a powerlifter. I've been training for 3 years now but started finiding it really difficult to recover or reach a higher levels specially in power lifting and recover fast since I'm training 6 days a week twice a day. I have decided to take Test propionate 300mg a week for 6 to 8weeks and equipoise 200 every week for 6 weeks.
I'm 24 years old. My weight is 78kg, hight 72 and body fat around 19%.
Is it possible to loose weight ( fat ) while gaining muscle, with this cycle ?
Do I have to add weight and water and no loose fat with this cycle?
Do I have to use nolvadex, arimidex and Fincar almost every other day from the first week of the cycle or should I use pct?
I might be competing in few months in the 74kg category in both mma and powerlifting so I was hoping that the EQ would help me get ripped and not gain much water.
My goal is loose fat and quality muscle and try not to gain water weight as much as possible. My diet is very good&clean. consisting of high protein,low carb.
