I am 100% committed to whatever you say will get me to lose that weight.

Also will be on anavar during this time, wonder if that will change/affect the advice?

It may not cost you or anyone 300 at all. I just want to insure I am not tryint to train some one at this level and get this kind of results quickly only to find I am dealing with a broke ass dude who cant even afford to pay attention let alone buy a bottle of albuterol or something..
