Had a great call with Need2 and you can tell his passion for this comes straight from the heart !!! For those interested i will start a log once everything comes in. I will include pics and log everyday as i work out. I use a POLAR FT-40 heart rate monitor watch SO... logs will be detailed thats for sure.
