Need to gain at least 40 lbs

here is the deal... I was told I needed to be at least 240 to play lb/fb in the afl. I have been workin my ass off for the past 4 years trying to gain weight.. it aint happened yet. what is a good cycle for this. remember that i will possibly need to take a drug test within a year and my $ is not a whole lot... I know a bunch of you wil say eat like a horse and all that shit.. been doin that

THIS IS TRUE - Ha, threw on 10 lbs in the first semester....NOT muscle. Took another year to get back in shape and lose those 10lbs of fat.
 
Would you have to come off before the season? If so, you would be losing everything, strength, size, recovery, aggression during the season. just asking for an injury. Plus that amount of size will really slow you down.

If your are gonna do it, run 750- gram of test (sus, E, or c) a week. and GH 4-5 i.u. a day. Also IGF-1 and insulin(cant recommend dose on these as i dont know.) Swithch to test prop 2 months before the season to let the long esters clear out.

As the season appraoches switch to test prop as it will clear your system faster than the other esters. Once youve tested hop back on the prop. Stay on the GH and igf-1, insulin. regardless as its not detectable.

No deca, eq or pretty much anything else as they are detectable for a LONG time.

If the tests are random, forget about it.

You gotta have your diet and training DIALED!! Because you need to keep your cardio, agility and flexibility while gaining this size.

If you have to do this, you are not meant to play linebacker at that level.

shoot susp at 100mgs ed until you cant stand it anymore... that with high calories, low cardio will add on a lot of its ur first cycle. maybe throw in some dbol as well
 
you havent been eating like a horse if you arent gaining weight. it's a pretty simple concept, eat more calories than you expend and you'll gain weight. couple that with weight training and you'll gain muscle (assuming your diet isnt complete shit)
 
40 lbs of solid muscle? u think ur just gonna shot some test in ur ass and be 40 lbs heavier in a few weeks?

ur body has to adapt to wieght changes ur running technique and alll the drills associated wit football are gonna suck from the weight change. its gonna take time to get used the wieght change and it could take 18 months to gain that kinda wieght properly.

it took me 18 months to put on 40 lbs, I went form DE to OT 265 to 305 and took me 3 months to get my 40 and pro agility down to combine shape.


I suggest short cycles of test suspension and d-bol ( only in ur system 2-3 days max ) and aprpoer sleep diet and training. I would throw 8 months of HGH in there if u can afford it.

I put 40lbs on natural in my first 18 months but at least 50% of it was fat.
if i was an athlete however it would have made any sort of performance impossible.
You aint gonna gain 40 lean pounds and keep all your skill agility and speed so you will be at target weight but competing against people who already had the neccassary traits to succeed at that weight.
 
Just work at it. I went from 177 to 215 my freshman year of college football and went from down to a 4.7 40. I agree with the short, mild cycle theory and LOTS of food.

Get a shovel.
