Need some serious vet. help

I have been researching sterioids for about a year now to see if I really do want them. Turns out I do :). Here is the deal, on top of all the research I have done, I am still terrified that there is something I do not know. I do not want man titties after my first cycle from screwin up a pct or not takin enough clomid or nolva. I want to know the best book out there for a begginer like me to get ready for sterioid guides and the problems i will face when on them and how to prevent them, keeping in mind that I am a newbie (not to the gym but to sterioids, been lifting for a few years). Also I would like a book on the correct nutrition on and off sterioids and the best ways to get it without it costing me a shit ton of money.
Anything you guys can do to help is much appreciated, and I have heard alot of good stuff from these boards so I know I will get a quick responce.
Ok, on a side note my stats are as follows
height in feet- 6'3
weight-------205lbs
Age----------20 (would also like to know if this is like detrimentally to early to start)
not sure what my BMI is, however there is def in arms/chest/legs/ no definition of abs and feel like i need to some fat still, hoping fixing the diet will take care of that.

Alright guys I know this is alot, but I could really use the help
 
Am pretty sure no info can be given to anyone under 21, form what i have seen over the past few months of browsing EF daily you are to young at 20 your nat test levels are still pretty high sort your diet and routine out and you will get to where you want to be. Oh and suppose there is no harm in reading about gear so a good book is Anabolics 9th editon tells you everything you need :)
 
sorry murph, the best suggestion we can give you is not the one you want to hear. wait a while. keep learning. you dont need a book just keep reading the threads here. check out the diet section to.
 
Ya if u've only been lifting a few years, wait at least a few more. There is a new anabolics book out I think.
 
you need
A- to build a solid foundation by training to your max potential

B- learn how to eat,wholesome foods not processed foods

C-educate yourself on the sides of steroids,and how each one works
 
Hang out on this board. You don't even need to ask. Just stay reading and reading. The threads will come up by themselevs, or browse through the pages. You are young, stay healthy. And one suggestion, acting in your life upon what you "like" or what you "want", will ALWAYS lead your life to mistakes. Always plan ahead based on what is convenient and necessary, based on pure reason. "like" or "want" is reserved for emotional pleasure.
