Need some feedback from those who run.

I used to run every other day at least 3 miles , but I stopped doing this 9 months ago. I started to run again yestarday and today I have a bad sore. Should I run again tomorow? Or do I have to wait till the sore go away?
Thanks

Take tomorrow off or do something non-weight bearing likle swimming of cycling.

Maybe stretching really well would after you run help you recover better.

I'd say avoid running if it hurts when you run. If you're just a little tight, that's okay, and should be expected when just getting back into it.
Make sure you stretch after running. I don't know why more people don't do this. If you used to run alot, I'm assuming that you also stretched atleast a few times before. Don't neglect doing this. Stretching will help make you faster, and use less energy to complete the same distance. So don't think of it as not really part of your workout. It's far better to run hard for 20 minutes and stretch for 10, than to run slower for 30 and not stretch because you don't have the time for it.
Alternate cardio if you can. Run outside, then do cardio on an elliptical the following day, then run on a treadmill, elliptical, run outside, repeat.
